Our Values

Our business is all about the values of our team. We do this work because we love it. We know what it's like when things go wrong and we have the experience and expertise to help you. There are a few core values that we feel are essential to successful recovery:

Trust

You'll need to place your trust in us. We won't lie to you. If we don't have the right person to help you, we'll tell you. If we think we can help, we'll talk it through with you and, if you want us to, then we'll arrange it.

Fairness

Private mental healthcare is expensive. We know that, we've had to pay for it ourselves. We will advise you on the most cost effective route for your situation, and if that is the NHS then we'll tell you. Our prices are published on our site, and we don't make any secret of them. We'll always try and keep the cost to you as low as we can.

Freedom from shame

Many people feel ashamed of experiencing psychological difficulties and illnesses. We have seen and heard from people from all walks of life, from celebrities and business leaders to the homeless, and we know that there is no shame in finding life difficult – it happens to all of us from time to time. Whatever you're finding difficult, don't be afraid to call us and discuss it in confidence.

Standards

Our aim is to help you to access high quality healthcare. If you have any concern about any aspect of the help we're providing you, then we want to know straight away. All of our clinicians have been vetted by us and are people that we know and trust, but if you have a concern then get in touch straight away, and let us sort it out - you can call us on 0843 634 1585.
