What happens when I book an appointment?
- When you call us you will speak with one of our trained counsellors who will discuss with you, in confidence, the problems that are troubling you.
- Depending on your situation and your personal needs they will recommend one of our team who we feel will be best able to help you.
- You can read more about the recommended therapist to check that you feel comfortable with them. Read more about our team of leading therapists.
- We will then arrange for an appointment as soon as is convenient for you.
What happens at an appointment?
Most therapeutic sessions last 50 minutes – although extended sessions are also available.
We have a number of clinics in Central London in Wimpole Street and Harley Street which are beautiful Georgian houses that are both comfortable and discrete as are the clinics in Bristol and Plymouth.
Once you are comfortable the therapist will start working with you through the problems you are facing. Sometimes one session can be enough but most often our clients will start seeing the therapist regularly and will arrange their next appointment directly with the therapist.
How can seeing a therapist make a difference?
"Clinical Partners has really transformed our family's life. From our first telephone call with Caroline we felt that there was hope and that we could get the help we needed." A Clinical Partners Client November 2012
We appreciate this can be a difficult step to take. The feedback we get from our clients shows that therapy can have a hugely positive impact on an individual's life. If you would like to read about the experiences of other clients please take a look at our testimony page.
Clinic Opening Times
We understand that most of our clients are very busy and need flexibility. We are therefore open from 9am-9pm Monday to Friday and also on a Saturday from 9am to 6pm.

We do not currently accept payments through Private Medical Insurance. We will however provide a full set of detailed receipts if you wish to make a claim using your insurance – please let us know when booking your appointment.
Policy for cancellations and missed appointments
