Safety, quality & compliance

Whether treating you or a loved one, we are committed to providing exceptional safety, quality, and compliance at every step. Trust and safety are fundamental to great care, and we are committed to embedding quality in all aspects of your experience.

We seek feedback wherever possible and use it to improve our service continuously. We are dedicated to providing the best care possible and are committed to safety, quality and compliance.

What is clinical governance?

Clinical governance is the name for assuring the quality of healthcare services.

Our clinicians are responsible for all aspects of the treatment they deliver, including clinical governance. They delegate information-gathering and monitoring to our central clinical governance committee, with the results getting fed back to individual clinicians.

The committee meets monthly to review all performance data, surveys and other forms of feedback to ensure we deliver a safe and appropriate service. The committee also discuss improvement and how we can enhance our services to serve our clients better.

We are rated as good overall by the Care Quality Commission (CQC)

The CQC conducted an unannounced comprehensive inspection at Clinical Partners head office on 18th July 2023. This was our first CQC inspection, for which we received a 'good overall' rating. Full details can be found in the CQC report published on 6th October 2023.

Only offering treatment when we know we can help

Every team member shares our commitment to helping people live happy and fulfilling lives, and we are confident in our ability to help everyone we see achieve this goal.

Our commitment is that we only offer treatment to people if we believe it will be beneficial.

If we cannot provide a certain level of care in an outpatient setting, we'll let you know and recommend an alternative provider.

Everyone is committed to making a positive difference

We choose our clinicians wisely and only work with those who not only have years of experience but also work with a compassionate, outcome-focused approach. Our rigorous selection process includes DBS checks, thorough reference-checking, and professional body membership accreditation.

All our clinicians are accredited or members of the following governing bodies. This means they are accountable to rules and stipulations identified as key to clinical governance and undergo an annual declaration process to ensure they can continue to deliver high-quality care.
