Quality Assurance and Patient Safety are central to what we do.
Clinical Governance is the name for the process of assuring the quality of healthcare services.
All of our Partners are responsible for all aspects of the treatment that they deliver, including Clinical Governance. They delegate information gathering and monitoring to our central Clinical Governance committee, who feed the results back to individual clinicians.
Our Clinical Governance Lead is Jane Chapman who is also Risk and Governance Adviser at the Tavistock Clinic In London.
The Clinical Governance Committee meets quarterly to review all performance data, surveys, and other forms of feedback, and to look at how our Partners can improve and develop their services.
We are registered for Data Protection with the Information Commissioner’s Office. Clinical Partners is not required to register with the Care Quality Commission as it does not carry out any of the regulated activities.
If you have any concern, complaint, or any feedback, then you are welcome to get in touch. Our complaints procedure is available to download here.
