Adrian is our experienced Commercial Director with an MBA and over 30 years’ experience in Business. Adrian formed Clinical Partners with Barny Guthrie and Caroline Scott in 2011, and ensures the company continues to move forwards in a sensible, sustainable direction. Adrian keeps the focus on our long-term goals to help more people, and consistently strives to improve the quality service we offer our patients.
London Clinic Lead
Agata is our excellent London Clinic Lead, managing our London staff and day-to-day activities at the Clinic. She has previously worked with people with neurological disorders. She conducted a highly successful large-scale research project at UCL Institute of Neurology which focused on long-term cognitive decline in epilepsy patients. She has also worked at various organisations supporting individuals with mental health problems including schizophrenia, psychosis and dementia.
She hopes to develop and grow the London Clinic further, and progress onto a Clinical Psychology Doctorate in the future.
Assistant to CEO
Ali Newton has been with Clinical Partners for several years and has played a key role in our success. Ali was our HR manager for many years, singlehandedly overseeing the recruitment of our first 200 Partners and our first 30 employees. Prior to joining Clinical Partners Ali has had a successful career working in private and public sector roles including stints at the MOD and Prison Service. As Assistant to the CEO Ali now helps insure the smooth day to day running of the business.
Ex-army officer Barny gained his MBA in 1998. He has experience of working in a wide range of mental healthcare settings from working with street addicts in Bradford to being Operations Director of a private inpatient mental health unit where he was for over 5 years. Barny completed the Marathon des Sables in 2001 to raise money for the Rehabilitation of Addicted Prisoners Trust and is due to climb the 19,500 foot Gondogoro Pass in the Himalayas in 2018 to raise money for his local NHS Foundation Trust. Since 2011 Barny has been Chief Executive of Clinical Partners.
Head of Triage
Caroline is an experienced Psychotherapist and is Head of both our Adult and Child and Adolescent Triage Services. She has over 19 years’ experience working with people affected by mental health. She has been involved in a variety of complex projects, including implementing a Structured Day Programme for Berkshire residents, managed a residential treatment centre in Surrey, before founding Clinical Partners with Barny Guthrie & Adrian Clarke in 2011.
Caroline is passionate about helping people get the right help and treatment with mental health problems. Her goal is that we continue to work closely with the NHS to reduce waiting lists and provide a service that is accessible to absolutely anybody living in the UK.
Assistant Psychologist-London Clinic
Celeste is a key part of our London Clinic, supporting patients and clinicians directly. She has previously worked in organizations focused on improving the lives of young children with mental health difficulties, and also led after-school clubs across academic and leisure activities to support young individuals struggling with behavioural challenges.
Celeste is currently completing a Masters in Psychodynamic Counselling with an aim to progress to a PhD in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy in the future.
Assistant Psychologist-Adult Triage
Chelsea is a member of our supportive Adult Triage team, with experience working as a care assistant to the mentally ill, and has volunteered for MIND, which involved meeting & greeting those with mental health disorders.
Her future plans are to progress to a PhD in Clinical Psychology, and a Diploma in Neuropsychology.
Assistant Psychologist-London Clinic
Clare is an Assistant Psychologist at our London Clinic. She has experience working within a residential setting with children suffering from emotional and behavioural difficulties, as a result of abuse and neglect. Clare also enjoys volunteering, having previously spent time as an inclusion volunteer at MIND. She is currently volunteering for a charity that offer face-to-face support for suicidal individuals.
Clare is studying for her MSc in Psychology and plans to pursue a career in Child and Adolescent Mental Health.
Business Development Lead
Emilie heads up the Business Development team, working with Organisations such as the NHS and private companies to find the right care solution for their needs. With a background in NHS senior management and a formal training in psychotherapy, Emilie is really passionate about helping our Clinicians deliver ‘gold standard’ care to all our patients.
Jayne is a crucial part of our growing HR team, offering over 38 years of administration experience across various settings including banking, pharmaceutical and education services. She assists in Clinician Engagement, Human Resources and other important areas of the business. Jayne hopes to support the continued growth of Clinical Partners, to help more people that require mental health services.
Marie works as a valued member of the Business Development Team, with a BSc in Psychology and MSc in Neuropsychology. She previously worked in our Triage team and helped to develop the Clinical Partners CAMHS General Assessment and Adult ADHD assessment packages.
Currently training in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Marie’s empathy for others uniquely places her to help develop the work that Clinical Partners does.
Reports Lead Coordinator
Rachel is a crucial member of the business and leads the Reports Team here at Clinical Partners. Rachel has a background in psychology (adult and CAMHS), and training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). She consistently delivers a calm, thorough approach and incredible attention to detail, and enjoys bringing real value and relief to our patients through her role in reports, which often offers positive life-changing results to our clients.
Assistant Psychologist – CAMHS Triage
Rosanna is one of our most experienced Triage Advisors and is Head of our Child & Adolescent (CAMHS) Team. She has vast experience working with children and adults suffering with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) or neurodevelopmental disorders such as Autism, having worked in both residential and educational settings.
Rosanna really enjoys supporting children and families through a variety of difficulties. Her future goal is to become an Educational Psychologist, working within the education system to improve learning and development of young people.
Ruth is a wonderful member of our HR team, and offers over 18 years’ experience across customer services, management and administration. She delivers a welcoming, responsive service to both our staff and Clinicians throughout the year through her work in HR, Clinician Engagement and other important areas of the business. Ruth is keen to increase awareness of mental health, and support Clinical Partners to reach more patients, however remote, throughout the UK.
Assistant Psychologist-Adult Triage
Sophie a fantastic and knowledgeable member of our Triage team. She has previously worked as a Ward Volunteer at Salisbury Older People Mental Health Unit, an Advocacy Volunteer at Solent MIND, and as a Recovery Worker for 3 years at Together - a leading UK mental health charity. She progressed to the role of Referral & Assessment Officer for the organisation.
Sophie is currently in the process of applying to start a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and aims to become a clinician in the future.
Assistant Psychologist – Adult Triage
Stuart is one of our most experienced Triage Advisors and is Head of our Adult Triage Team. He has excellent experience supporting adults with complex mental health difficulties, neurological and physical disabilities, and has also volunteered at a sports club organising sporting and leisure activities for both children and adults with Learning Disabilities.
Stuart is currently completing a Masters in Sports & Exercise Psychology, with an aim to promote mental and physical health & wellbeing in both adults & children through exercise.
Zoe organises all our Clinical Partners events, whether that be Clinician Brunches, Internal/External Training or our Clinic Gatherings. She has a background as a Fundraising and Events Manager, with experience in Accounts and Administration as well. Zoe is excellent at planning and organising, helping Clinical Partners to develop relationships and improve our service to patients.
