Debbie Bell is a Registered Mental Health Nurse, currently employed as a CAMHS Practitioner by South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, where she offers evidence based assessment and therapeutic intervention to young people their families and carers.
Debbie has worked in adult and child services, spending most of her career working with children, young people and their families. She has a particular interest and experience in working with young people with eating disorders.
Debbie also works with young people who are experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD and early onset psychosis, and self-harming. She also assesses young people in crisis in A&E or involved with the police and works with schools providing individual support for pupils, teachers and parents.
Debbie is a very warm and approachable practitioner with extensive experience helping children, young people and families, and we’re delighted to have her on the team.
