Tracy has extensive experience working with problems arising from: eating disorders, (including Anorexia, Bulimia); self-esteem, body image and assertiveness; work related issues and work life balance; bereavement, loss and separation; abuse, anxiety, depression and stress; health related issues; alcohol or drug related problems and relationship difficulties. She also has experience of working with Child & Adolescent mental health issues. In addition she has a keen interest in the area of love and sex addiction.
Tracy specialises in anorexia counselling and the treatment of eating disorders for men and women. Tracy is also experienced in treating children with eating disorders.

Tracy is a very experienced and qualified practitioner and has worked within Counselling since 1989. She is a registered Psychotherapist and has an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy, BA (Hons) Counselling and Clinical Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy and a Diploma in Counselling. She also has been an accredited counsellor and psychotherapist since 1999 and has received Trauma training from the world renowned expert Pia Mellody.
Tracy has extensive experience including managing the crisis counselling service for British Airways dealing with a range of issues including post-traumatic stress and work life balance. Since 1992 she has specialised in eating disorders and worked with specialist hospitals and in private practice working on a 1-2-1 basis and group both with men and women. Tracy has also worked as counselling supervisor at The Metanoia Counselling and Psychotherapy Institute, London and The Women's Centre in Harrow, North London and continues to work for the crisis counselling service at British Airways.
Tracy is also a trained Yoga Therapist and is affiliated with the Yoga Alliance (RYA) and has extensive experience working on both a 1:1 and group basis.
