Seeking treatment for self-harm

For many people self harm is an issue difficult to understand. For those who self-harm it may feel like an addiction. It brings a release of emotion but only in the short-term. You want to stop but you don't know how to and it's the only thing that makes you feel better. If this is how you feel then please seek help. You don't deserve to feel like this and you can deal with life without hurting yourself. There is help available to you.
