Helping women to cope with the emotional issues associated with PIP breast implants

Thursday, 08 March 2012. Posted in Miscellaneous

Clinical Partners is working with The Resurge Foundation and Attwood Solicitors on offering a free seminar on Saturday 24th March, at The Royal Society of Medicine, to help women to cope with the emotional, legal and physical issues created by the faulty PIP breast implants.

We understand that the problems associated with the PIP breast implants has created huge emotional issues for many women and their families. Our recent survey into the emotional impact highlighted the problems that many women were facing with anxiety, depression, relationships and coping with every day life.

To help women we are working with The Resurge Foundation and Attwood Solicitors to offer a free seminar in London to help women to cope with the emotional, legal and physical issues created by the PIP implants.

The event will be held in central London on Saturday 24th March, 11am – 1pm. Places are limited and to book your seat either call us on 0203 326 9160 or go to The Resurge Foundation and sign up.

The morning will include guest speakers including our Clinical Partner Dr Tamara Russell, Clinical Psychologist offering support and advice on coping with the emotional issues. A leading lawyer from Attwood offering guidance on how to seek legal redress and a leading BAAPS cosmetic surgeon who can provide information on the physical issues associated with surgery.

Attached is a leaflet offering more information and a map.
