The recruitment and screening processes for our locum psychiatrists and psychologists is something we take very seriously at Clinical Partners.
We know that patient safety and outcome rests on employing staff who are highly experienced, motivated and patient focussed and that is why we have a robust recruitment process in place.
All of our Clinical Partners come with:
- Two written references including one from a current or most recent employer
- Recent enhanced DBS check
- Proof of eligibility to work in UK
- Proof of professional qualification
- Proof of residence and ID
- Individual Professional Indemnity insurance
- Proof of professional registration
The interview process is one of the most important steps in recruiting any members of our staff, including locum staff. Our senior team carry out all interviews; with over 20 years’ experience of working in mental health we know the impact on patient care and patient outcomes that getting the right member of staff can have.
We know that filling staff vacancies can be a time consuming and stressful experience. At Clinical Partners we have HR, clinical, private and state sector experience and will be able to find innovative staffing solutions to suit your organisation’s needs.
We offer a minimum of three months placement, during which time our team work closely with your organisation to ensure that things are running smoothly and to deal with any problems as quickly as possible.
