Dr Imran Mushtaq is a Consultant Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist currently working for Sheffield Children’s Hospital. He has a Medical Degree (MBBS) and Post Graduate Diploma in Child & Adolescent Mental Health. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, and a Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists.
Dr Mushtaq has over 20 years’ experience as a Psychiatrist both the UK and abroad, and was previously a Paediatrician.
He specialises in ADHD, ASD, Learning Difficulties, Behavioural Problems, Depression, and Anxiety Disorders. Therapies include a range of holistic methods in supporting a young person to overcome their difficulties, and is particularly interested in Systemic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
Dr Mushtaq is described by his peers as an excellent Psychiatrist, with extensive knowledge working with Children & Adolescents suffering from mental health difficulties, and a background as a Paediatric Doctor, who works hard for his patients.
