Dr Melanie Stevens

Consultant Clinical Neuropsychologist
Dr Stevens is a highly experienced Consultant Clinical Neuropsychologist. She has a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, MSc in Health Psychology, Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Neuropsychology and a BA Honours Degree in Applied Social Sciences. She is an Approved Clinician, and has completed trainings in compassion focused therapy, CBT, REBT, EMDR and Transdiagnostic CBT-E. Dr Stevens is a member of both the Division of Health Psychologists, and the Division of Clinical Psychology, of the British Psychological Society.
Dr Stevens has extensive experience with working with complex and diverse groups of patients, in particular those with mild to severe behavioural difficulties, brain injury or other complex neurological conditions. Her work often includes assessment of capacity and brain function following accidents or other brain injuries.
Dr Stevens is a warm and approachable clinician who has experience carrying out capacity assessments, group and individual therapy, and we are delighted to have her on the team.
