Sarah Gallacher is an extremely experienced Psychologist who works with adults, families, adolescents and children. She has a Bsc (Hons)
in Psychology, as well as an Msc in Forensic Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and is an Associate Fellow
of the British Psychological Society. Currently her main role is as Programme Lead for an adolescent Dialectical Behaviour Therapy service in Greater Glasgow and Clyde NHS and Glasgow City Council.
Sarah works with adolescents, young people, and their families to assess and treat a range of social, emotional, psychological, behavioural and mental
health difficulties. She uses behavioural therapy, parent management training, cognitive behaviour therapy and pragmatic family therapies to help
address these. Her works often includes supporting young people and their families where there are behavioural issues, ADHD, self-harm, and related problems.
Sarah is very caring and empathic person, who is able to effectively work with her clients to assist them in managing and/or resolving a wide range of difficulties.
She is just our type of clinician and we are delighted to be working with her.
