We act with integrity and courage. We take responsibility, learn quickly, and put people and their outcomes first.
We are positive
We know change is possible. We focus on solutions and bring energy and optimism to everything we do.
We care deeply
We treat every person with kindness, respect and empathy. Human connections matter.
We aim higher
We are ambitious for our patients and our colleagues. We measure what matters, and aim to lead mental healthcare.
Safe, supportive and reliable care can lead to life-changing outcomes
From our trained clinical advisors to our senior clinicians, every team member shares our commitment to helping people live happy and fulfilling lives.
We have 22 NHS and private clinics around the UK, employ over 400 staff and partner with over 450 clinicians across the country. Through face-to-face and online appointments, our services include specialist diagnostic assessments, general outpatient psychiatry, psychology, and psychotherapy for people of all ages.
Our approach
Seeking help takes courage. We're here to support you at every step. Whether you're concerned about yourself or a loved one, we're here to get you the very best help and support available.
Safety, quality and compliance
Whether treating you or a loved one, we are committed to providing exceptional safety, quality, and compliance at every step. Trust and safety are fundamental to great care, and we are committed to embedding quality in all aspects of your experience.
Advocacy
If you find it difficult to understand your treatment options or if you struggle to communicate your needs, support is available. An 'advocate' will help you understand the care process, make sure you're heard, and act as a spokesperson for you.
