Caroline Gordon is our Clinical Director of Nursing, leading on clinical quality across Clinical Partners. She is dual trained, professionally aligned to the NMC as a Registered Mental Health Nurse and to the BABCP as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist.
Caroline brings over 25 years of experience across adult, child, and adolescent mental health, including clinical lectureships, with a career spanning the NHS, local authority, and education sectors.
In her role, she drives clinical quality across all clinical teams, working closely with operational governance and business units.
Caroline is dedicated to delivering safe, personalised, and effective care, championing patient experience, continuous quality improvement, and strong collaborative relationships with commissioning partners.
