Dr Paul Wallang is a Consultant Psychiatrist with over twenty years of experience supporting people across the NHS, charitable, and independent sectors. He has held senior leadership roles, including Clinical Director, Associate Medical Director, and Director of Innovation and Improvement, helping organisations deliver high-quality, compassionate care whilst adapting to changing needs.
Alongside his clinical work, Dr Wallang remains actively involved in research and is a Senior Research Fellow at University College London, with a particular interest in improving access, outcomes, and innovation in mental health services.
He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of St Andrews, a Medical Degree from the University of Manchester, and an MBA with distinction from Henley Business School, combining clinical expertise, leadership, and a strong commitment to patient-centred care.
