Katrina leads Clinical Partners’ People function overseeing People Experience, People Development and Talent Acquisition, focusing on fostering a strong organisational culture and building high-performing, engaged teams that support and enhance business performance.
Katrina is a CIPD Chartered Fellow (FCIPD) with an MA in Human Resource Management, and experience in ‘Big Four’ Consultancy having begun her career as a Management Consultant at KPMG LLP and PKF (UK) LLP before transitioning into HR.
She has previously held senior HR roles in the legal sector at EIP Europe LLP and Osborne Clarke LLP, as well as experience of financial services, transportation and leisure and tourism.
