Dr Ioanna Vrouva

Dr Ioanna Vrouva is a highly experienced clinical psychologist who helps people of all ages manage and overcome a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, PTSD, and OCD.

Her 'whole person' approach aims to understand the unique components of someone's life and how each piece relates to the person as a whole. This approach draws on various evidence-based therapeutic methods, including psychodynamic therapy and CBT, to understand someone's strengths and difficulties before working with them on a personalised treatment plan.

As a Research Associate at University College London, Dr Vrouva continuously seeks to improve her treatments to provide her clients with the best support, applying the latest evidence-based research in her practice where appropriate.

She is a chartered member of the British Psychological Society and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. Alongside her work with Clinical Partners, Dr Vrouva plays a key role in a specialist NHS child and adolescent mental health team.

Dr Vrouva can conduct appointments in English and Greek.
