Dr Javier Ferreiro-Pisos is a General Adult Consultant Psychiatrist with broad experience supporting people with a wide range of mental health conditions. Originally from Spain, he moved to the UK in 2015 and currently works in the North Somerset Recovery & Primary Care Liaison Service within the NHS.
Dr Ferreiro-Pisos is a Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists and leads a multidisciplinary team, supporting patients with complex and long-standing mental health needs. His role involves both clinical responsibility and leadership, helping ensure individuals receive the right support at the right time.
Alongside his medical training, Dr Ferreiro-Pisos has additional expertise in Behavioural Therapy from UCLA in Los Angeles and Family Therapy training from Spain. This combination allows him to draw on a broad therapeutic toolkit and take a holistic, evidence-based approach to care.
