Mai Le

Mai Le is a Consultant Speech and Language Therapist with over 20 years of experience supporting children, young people, and adults with a wide range of communication needs. She has worked across NHS and education settings, including specialist schools, mental health services, and multidisciplinary clinics.

Mai has a particular interest in autism and is committed to providing respectful, thorough, and evidence-informed assessments. She is trained in recognised diagnostic tools and collaborates closely with individuals and families to ensure assessments are sensitive, supportive, and tailored to each person.

Alongside her clinical work, Mai contributes to national autism care pathways, supervises fellow clinicians, and works as an associate for services including Clinical Partners and the National Autistic Society. She also engages with professional communities such as the Autism Diagnostic Clinical Excellence Network to ensure her work remains reflective and aligned with best practice.

Known for her calm and compassionate approach, Mai builds strong, trusting relationships with the people she supports. She takes time to listen and communicate clearly, helping clients feel safe, understood, and involved every step of the way.
