Originally trained in the United States, Paige has over ten years of clinical experience supporting individuals with challenges such as ADHD, trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, and relationship issues. She has worked in both community mental health services and private practice, and is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and collaborative therapeutic space.
Paige draws on a range of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), systemic therapy, and psychodynamic therapy, to create tailored support for each person’s unique needs and goals.
