Ka Wong is a skilled High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) with extensive experience supporting both adults and young people in the NHS and private services. Fluent in Cantonese and English, Ka works to create a warm, inclusive environment where clients feel truly heard and accepted.

Ka has particular expertise in working with eating disorders, and is passionate about helping clients build a deeper understanding of themselves while working towards meaningful, long-term change. He is experienced in guiding individuals through challenges such as anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem using evidence-based CBT approaches tailored to each person’s needs.
