Neurodevelopmental conditions

If you have always struggled with sleep and think you may have ADHD, we offer a complete service from assessment and diagnosis to medication and therapies to help manage your experience.

Some people with autism may also experience challenges with sleep, such as difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep, so you may also wish to explore our autism pathway for assessment and support.

Stress or anxiety

If stress or anxiety is keeping you awake at night, speaking with one of our professionals can help. Our talking therapies provide strategies for managing stress, calming the mind, and developing better sleep habits.

We also have expert support for ongoing anxiety, which can interfere with your ability to get restorative sleep.

Depression

If you are finding it difficult to sleep due to persistent low mood, fatigue, or disrupted daily routines, or are sleeping far more than usual and it’s impacting your routine, you may benefit from exploring our support for depression or our range of talking therapies.

Our psychiatric assessments can help clarify whether your sleep difficulties are linked to depression or another condition, ensuring you receive the right support.
