How we help psychiatrists deliver outstanding outcomes

Since day one, we've worked with some of the UK’s most respected psychiatrists. As we continue to grow nationwide, we want to expand our team to help us remain at the forefront of evidence-based clinical practice.

One of our goals is to make high-quality mental health care accessible to as many people as possible. Having initially developed our practice through private self-referrals, we’re now transferring our expertise to work in partnership with the NHS, innovating our service to help patients with a broad range of mental health conditions, but with a particular focus on neurodevelopmental disorders.

In the last year, over one million people have taken our online tests for both autism and ADHD, and we are the UK’s leading provider of assessments nationwide. All our pathways adhere to NICE guidelines. We are a designated body, CQC registered, and always committed to the highest standards of clinical governance.

Helping you do your best work

Helping people achieve the best care outcomes is at the heart of all our decisions. But we know that several conditions must be met to help our clinicians deliver the high standards required to meet this goal.

  • End-to-end support for patients so they are prepared, feel supported, and in the best frame of mind for clinical appointments.
  • Full support for clinicians. This means less time spent managing appointments they can give their full attention to patients. Our approachable in-house clinical team is always available to help during your sessions.
  • More time. We give our clinicians time to focus on the most important things like gathering information, developing a relationship, and doing their best work.

An evolved model built to make a difference

Our in-house triage team is staffed by assistant psychologists who triage every patient. Our digital platform facilitates the entire patient journey and enables the timely completion of pre-appointment questionnaires. This means clinicians are equipped with the best possible patient information. Our dedicated reports team ensure that each patient receives a quality follow-up from their assessment every time.

Our clinicians typically see between three and five patients per day and enjoy a mixture of working remotely and seeing patients face-to-face at one of over 20 comfortable and spacious clinics across the UK.

Time for a change? We'd love to talk.

We offer a full range of flexible employment options to suit consultant-level psychiatrists. We currently have opportunities in both adult and CAMHS, particularly for psychiatrists experienced in autism and ADHD.

Contract positions

We have a variety of full-time and part-time positions on fixed-term contracts, typically working on NHS contracts. Please note that some appointment types will require face-to-face, in-person assessments.

Let's talk

If you're an experienced clinician interested in working together, it would be great to hear from you. Please email [email protected] briefly outlining your interest, and we'll set up an informal chat to discuss how we might work together.
