We’ve been impressed by the professionalism and speed with which the ASD assessments have been booked, managed and completed. The work took place during Covid-19 with appropriate adaptations and the service knits seamlessly into our local NHS systems. The Clinical Partners team works well with our NHS services, contract monitoring and oversight has been excellent.

Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

The work that Clinical Partners completed on our Neurodevelopmental Pathway waiting list initiative was so successful that we increased the numbers and extended their contract. Their support has made a significant difference to children, young people and their families… In the last 5 months Clinical Partners have completed 75% of assessments which had previously been waiting over two years.

Reducing waiting times to a matter of weeks

Working with an NHS Provider Trust since 2017, this year Clinical Partners has provided ASD and ADHD assessments for over 400 children.

Delivering a complete service, we take care of everything from administrative management to clinical oversight, and from comprehensive reports to providing on-going treatment advice. We also ensure alignment with the existing neuro-developmental pathway. Since Covid our approach has been adapted to offer a blend of virtual video-based assessments and clinically safe face-to-face appointments, ensuring waiting times continue to come down.

Absolute brilliant service from start to finish and they actually listened to me. I just wish CAMHS had passed it to these sooner! Fantastic team.
The Clinicians we saw were so friendly, warming, personal and professional. They came across as though they knew our child very well. You could tell they cared.

It has been fantastic to see an expert in this field – we feel we understand our child’s condition much more now.
The arranging of appointments has been seamless and the admin team are always there to help if we have any questions.
The clinician has been really warm and approachable – our son feels comfortable discussing his feelings with her. Thank you.
