Payments
To secure your appointment, we ask for payment at the time of booking. Because appointment slots are in high demand, if we have not received payment within 48 hours we will need to cancel the booking so the slot can be offered to another patient.
You can pay by debit or credit card by calling 0203 326 9160 or using the payment link in your confirmation email.
Please note, we do not accept cash or cheques.

Private health insurance
Our services are covered by most health insurers. We advise that you check with your insurer before booking a session and ensure that you comply with their pre-authorisation policy.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know as soon as you can. This helps us offer the slot to another patient who may be waiting.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours’ notice, we charge 50% of the appointment fee.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend without letting us know, the full appointment fee will be charged.
Prescriptions and medication
If medication is recommended, you will usually have follow-up appointments so your clinician can review how you are getting on and make any safe dose adjustments.
Follow-up appointment costs
Follow-up psychiatry appointments:
50 minutes: £310
30 minutes: £225
Follow-up nurse prescriber appointments (where appropriate):
50 minutes: £225
30 minutes: £165
Your clinician will explain which type of follow-up is most appropriate for you.
What is included
If medication is recommended, any prescription administration is included in the cost of your follow-up appointment.
Please note, the cost of the medication itself is not included and is paid separately to the pharmacy.
Repeat prescriptions without an appointment
If a repeat prescription is issued without a follow-up appointment, there is a £75 fee. This covers prescription administration and tracked postage to the pharmacy. This fee does not include the cost of the medication.
Please allow 7 working days for repeat prescriptions to be processed and posted to the pharmacy.
