We offer expert autism assessments for adults, giving you the opportunity to explore your thoughts, experiences, and presentations with an experienced clinician. Learn more about the process, how to prepare, and what to expect after your assessment.

Your feedback session

Following your assessment, you will have a feedback session with your clinician. They will talk you through their conclusions, share personalised recommendations, and offer guidance about next steps. The feedback session is focused on the best support options to suit your personal needs.

The feedback session takes up to 30 minutes.

Your report

After your assessment, you will receive a detailed written report that summarises the information gathered and the outcome reached by your clinical team. The report will explain whether the findings are consistent with a diagnosis of autism, and it will include clear recommendations and next steps.

You can use your report to support conversations about reasonable adjustments and support, for example with your GP, local services, your college or university, or your workplace. Some people also find it helpful when connecting with local support groups, national charities, and other autistic people.

We recommend checking with your GP in advance if you need the report to be accepted for a specific purpose, as requirements can vary. Please note that the report is a clinical document and cannot be used for legal proceedings.

We will email you when your report PDF is ready to view and download in your portal.
