There are different types of talking therapy, and most involve speaking to a trained therapist to help you make sense of things and overcome complicated issues.

Fees

When we recommend treatment options for you, we'll also discuss the cost. This will be based on the therapy type and the clinician best suited to help you.

  • Adult psychology initial assessment: £185 to £225 for 50 minutes

  • Adult psychology follow up appointment: £125 to £165 for 50 minutes

  • Adult psychotherapy initial assessment: £165 for 90 minutes

  • Adult psychotherapy follow up appointment: £125 for 50 minutes

  • CBT initial appointment and follow-up appointments: £100 for 50 minutes
