We offer expert autism assessments for children aged five and above, giving you and your child the opportunity to explore their thoughts, experiences, and presentations with an experienced clinician.

Your child's feedback session

Following your child’s assessment, there will be a feedback session with their clinician. The clinician will talk you and your child through their conclusions, share personalised recommendations, and offer guidance about next steps. The feedback session is focused on the best support options to suit your child’s personal needs.

The feedback session takes up to 30 minutes.

Your child’s report

Once the assessment is complete, you will be notified when your child’s report is ready to view in the portal. The report will explain the outcome, include clear recommendations, and outline next steps for support.

Schools and other professionals are often keen to know the outcome so they can put the appropriate provisions in place to support your child. Therefore, it can be helpful for you to share a copy of the report with them. We can share all diagnostic reports with your GP, school and other professionals involved in your child’s care, provided you give your consent.

Supporting your child after their assessment

After the assessment, we can offer a range of psychological therapies that can be tailored to your child’s needs. If you would like to explore therapy, a member of our team can talk through your child’s circumstances, explain the process, and help you understand what support may be available.
