Working with the NHS

I joined Clinical Partners in August 2024, bringing over 15 years’ experience from the NHS across risk management, service improvement and commissioning within acute, primary care and community health settings. Over the last five years, my work has focused on leading strategic mental health transformation and strengthening partnerships across complex health systems.

In my current role, I support both established services and the development of new business opportunities. I am motivated by a strong commitment to improving outcomes for patients and staff, and I am passionate about designing high-quality, sustainable services—and doing work I can genuinely be proud of.

What can I help with

I focus on business development—working with external partners, independent or NHS, and collaborating internally across teams—to create the best options and support for patients. I also bring expertise in NHS strategy, commissioning, service improvement, and mental health transformation to deliver services that hopefully make lives a little better.

Hi, I’m Celia Harris, and I joined Clinical Partners in January 2026. I bring over 15 years’ experience working in mental health across the NHS and, more recently, in private healthcare.

I am a HCPC-registered Dramatherapist and a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, also trained in EMDR and Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET).

Alongside my clinical leadership background, I am a skilled mental health transformation leader with extensive programme management experience. I have led meaningful and effective service transformation across NHS provider organisations, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), and NHS England.

What can I help with

I bring a strong ability to work at pace with all stakeholders, applying a strategic and system-wide perspective to deliver measurable clinical and operational outcomes that enhance patient experience and quality of care. I offer extensive expertise from the NHS from a strategic, commissioning, and system leadership perspective, with a proven ability to lead and deliver service transformation and sustainable service development.

I have worked at Clinical Partners since 2019. I hold a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and an MSc in Clinical and Developmental Neuropsychology.

I originally joined Clinical Partners as an Assistant Psychologist and have progressed through senior roles including Head of NHS Operations, Senior Strategic Lead – Service Development & Innovation and now Head of Strategic Partnerships. In my current role, I lead our national Strategic Partnerships team, working closely with NHS and public-sector partners to expand access to high-quality mental health services and drive service innovation.

Hi, I’m Nicola Mizuro. I have worked for Clinical Partners since November 2024. I hold a BA (Hons) in Health and Social Care, and my background includes business development, registered and regional management roles, and positions in quality and governance within the health and social care sector. I am passionate about working collaboratively with the NHS to ensure that patients are provided with high-quality mental health and neurodevelopment services.

The regions I support

I support the Midlands region, Surrey Heartlands, and Southwest London, and work closely with NHS partners in these areas to align service delivery with local needs and priorities.

What I can help with

I can support a wide range of activities, including:

• Contracting and RTC business requests

• Waiting list initiatives to improve patient flow and reduce delays

• New business development and expansion of service pathways

• Responding to commissioner queries and providing timely information

• Handling wider B2B enquiries to ensure clear communication and alignment with operational and clinical teams

I work closely with both operational and clinical teams to ensure smooth service delivery, high-quality patient care, and effective collaboration with external partners. My focus is on ensuring services are safe, efficient, and aligned with national strategies and local priorities, including NICE guidance.
