We are a CQC-registered provider with key elements rated as ‘Good’ on our latest inspection in 2023.

Ongoing quality is measured through our clinical audit process within our Improvement Programme, implemented by the Clinical Governance Team. They measure care quality, compare and benchmark performance, obtain stakeholder feedback, and identify improvement areas, ensuring these are implemented and reviewing effectiveness.

All policies and SOPs are reinforced through Clinical Partners’ training department, delivered at induction and refreshed annually as a mandatory expectation.

Our framework is underpinned and supported by multiple policies covering robust governance and risk mitigation, all to ensure superior quality of service provided. These include Data Protection, GDPR, E&D, Clinical Governance, ISO 2700-certified systems, ISO900-certified QMS, Health and Safety, Risk Management, Incident Reportion, and many more.
