Barny Guthrie

Barny is the CEO of Clinical Partners Ltd, the UK’s largest independent clinician partnership in mental health. Since 2010, he has led the company’s growth, driving strategy, operations, and financial success.

Previously, he was Operations Director at Life Works Community Ltd, a rehabilitation service, and worked in addiction counselling and business development. His career spans leadership roles in healthcare, entrepreneurship, and sales, following service as a Lieutenant in the Royal Hussars.

With an MBA from Bradford Graduate School of Management, Barny brings expertise in strategy, leadership, and business growth, making a lasting impact in mental health services.
