I have 15 years of professional clinical experience. I currently work as a Consultant Psychiatrist in a substantive NHS role and have previously completed Core Psychiatry Training and Higher Training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. I am also a medical educator, and an accredited clinical and educational supervisor.
I am warm and approachable, offering to assess the young person with a holistic approach, that helps families feel supported during what is often a vulnerable time. I prioritise young people's psychological safety, so they feel comfortable expressing themselves openly.
My specialism of interest is neurodevelopmental conditions including but not limited to Autism, ADHD and other neuropsychiatry.
