Children and adolescents Adults ADHD

I am an ADHD Specialist Non-Medical Prescriber working with adults, children and adolescents, offering virtual appointments. I can also offer appointments in Igbo.

I have 14 years of clinical experience and have worked as a Senior Clinical Pharmacist in the NHS.

My approach to treating clients with ADHD is structured, collaborative, and centred on evidence-based care. I begin by developing a thorough understanding of each individual's symptom profile, functional impact, medical history, and personal priorities. ADHD presents differently for each person, so tailoring treatment is essential.

Medication management is delivered in a careful, stepwise manner. I focus on ensuring safety and tolerability through structured titration, regular monitoring, and clear communication about expected benefits and potential side effects. I emphasise shared decision-making, helping clients understand their options so they can make informed choices about their treatment.

I also consider the broader context, including sleep, lifestyle, mental health, work or academic demands, and support clients to recognise how these factors interact with ADHD symptoms and medication response. When appropriate, I signpost to psychological interventions, coaching, or specialist services to provide a more comprehensive package of care.

Throughout the process, I aim to maintain a supportive, consistent, and non-judgemental therapeutic relationship. My goal is to help clients achieve meaningful improvement in daily functioning, confidence, and overall quality of life, while ensuring treatment remains safe, effective, and aligned with clinical best practice.

“I just wanted to let you know of some positive feedback I had heard from one of your patients. [Patient] had a great appointment with you and stated that you were lovely as her clinician.”
