Rob joined Clinical Partners in May 2023, bringing a wealth of leadership experience in building and leading high-performing teams to develop and implement customer-led, data-driven business strategies that drive customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and profit.

He has over twenty years of commercial experience working across FMCG, consumer healthcare, and consumer electronics industries for GlaxoSmithKline and for Canon EMEA, where he led digital transformation for Canon’s EMEA consumer business.

At the core of Rob’s success are two consistent themes: a focus on establishing a simple yet compelling strategic direction and the realisation of this by mobilising talented, motivated, performance-driven teams.
