Dr Pablo Jeczmien

Dr Pablo Jeczmien is a Consultant Psychiatrist with over 30 years of experience supporting adults with a wide range of mental health conditions. He is a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists and currently works for the Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, as well as seeing patients privately.
Dr Jeczmien has worked across community, inpatient, and forensic settings, and has particular expertise in treating conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, and bipolar disorder.
He takes an integrated approach to care, combining his psychiatric expertise with training in humanistic, person-centred psychotherapy, and psychodynamic therapy. This allows him to tailor treatment to the individual, with a focus on understanding each person’s experiences, needs, and goals.
Known for his calm, thoughtful, and respectful approach, Dr Jeczmien works collaboratively with his patients to support their mental health and wellbeing.
