Our fees vary according to the individual practitioner, based on discipline and levels of experience, which is why we ask that you ring to discuss what you might need and we can then advise on costs.
We will only advise assessment or treatment where we are confident that we can help. Our aim is to keep your costs to a minimum, so will not recommend any treatment that we don’t believe that you will benefit from.
Payment must be made at the time of booking the appointment. If payment has not been received in full a minimum of 48 hours before the appointment then regrettably the appointment will be cancelled.

Our services are not covered by BUPA. If you are a BUPA member and wish to use our services you will need to fund your treatment privately.
Our services are covered by most other major insurers and we advise that you check with your insurer before booking a session and insure that you comply with their pre authorisation policy. In most cases you will need to pay for the session and reclaim the cost subsequently from your insurer.
Policy for cancellations and missed appointments
Please contact us as soon as possible to let us know if you would like to cancel an appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 but more than 24 hours’ notice are usually charged at half price.
Regrettably, cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice before the appointment or non-attended appointments without any prior notice, are charged at the full price.
