Paulina Wojewoda is a highly experienced High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with over 13 years in healthcare, working across both the NHS and private practice. She provides therapy for adults, adolescents, and children, using approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Family-Based Treatment for eating disorders, Motivational Interviewing, and Somatic and Yoga-based therapies.
With a background as an adult nurse, school nurse, public health nurse, and psychotherapist, Paulina brings a rich and holistic perspective to her work. She is also a qualified Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist, trained by the internationally recognised Minded Institute in London, and is passionate about integrating mind-body therapies to support wellbeing.
