Simon has expertise in working with children and adolescents with anxiety and depression. He also has significant clinical experience in working with children who have experienced self-harm, eating disorders, conduct disorders, bereavement, trauma and interpersonal issues. He works with children with families coping with the adjustment of divorce and separation and has experience working across different cultures and religion.
Following a BA degree in Social Work in 2001 Simon obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Child Focused Practice at the Institute of Family Therapy, London he also obtained a Post graduate Diploma in Applied Systemic Theory, Tavistock Centre, London. In 2009 he gained a Masters in Systemic Psychotherapy at the Tavistock Centre, London. In addition to his studies he has worked within NHS Trusts within London and Hertfordshire since 1998 within Child and Adolescent services. He currently also works as a Family and Systemic Psychotherapist (CAMHS), at the Hertfordshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust
