Jenny Lanyon

Jenny Lanyon is a very highly trained and experienced practitioner. Having worked for nine years as a Senior Clinical Manager, from 2009-2013 she was Head of Global Clinical and Service Development at Optum, a very large Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) with over 90,000 staff worldwide. Jenny works as a Counsellor, Executive Coach, and Organisational Consultant, using her considerable senior level experience in prominent national and international programmes, organisations and multi-disciplinary teams.

Jenny has completed the prestigious Tavistock MA in Consultation and the Organisation, Psychoanalytical Approaches (Distinction), a Doctor of Philosophy and MA (Distinction) in Culture and Society in Modern Germany, as well as Postgraduate Diplomas in Psychodynamic Counselling and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. She is also a trained and experienced clinical supervisor..

Jenny has over twenty years of experience as a clinical practitioner, and she helps clients struggling with a wide range of difficulties both within and outside of the workplace. We are really delighted to have her join us.
