Stuart Hannah is a highly experienced Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist. Until 2014 he was Looked After & Adopted Children Lead for Leeds & York NHS Foundation Trust, which he left to become Therapy Lead North for Five Rivers Child Care. Stuart has Master’s degrees in Social Work and Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy. He completed the Tavistock and Portman training at the University of East London. Stuart is also trained in Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, (DDP), a method for facilitating developmental attachment relationships, Video Interaction Guidance to improve parent infant and child attachments and narrative story stem assessment to identify internal working models in children.
Stuart works with a variety of presenting problems in children and young people of all ages, their parents and families, these include feeding and sleep difficulties in infants, behavioural, emotional and psychological problems in pre-school and school aged children including anxiety, depression, school refusal, self-harm, eating problems, ADHD and children on the Autistic Spectrum.
